We offer a thorough, professional home inspection by carefully examining your home from the roof to the foundation. We will identify any unsafe conditions or needed repairs we find involving the interior/exterior, and all major systems of your home. 

After completion of the inspection, you will be presented with a comprehensive computer-generated report, including a summary of the overall inspection with quality digital photos for documentation. 

Thermal Imaging:

Thermal Imaging can be added to any

Residential Home Inspection. This additional service can helps us ensure that we are not missing any defect or potentially dangerous condition that cannot be seen with the naked eye. It helps detect moisture intrusion, missing insulation, and/or costly and potentially dangerous issues within the primary homes systems, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roofing/insulation.

When conducting a 4 point inspection we focus specifically on the 4 major home systems (Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC (heating and cooling system)) of the home. 

These inspections are primarily used to evaluate the systems of older homes, as an insurance company wants to know that the home has been well maintained, and the major systems are in good working condition.
 

When preforming a Wind Mitigation Inspection we observe and report on the presences and condition of specific structural components of your house and how they relate to the stresses associated with high wind events. 

Florida law requires insurance companies to offer homeowners discounts for construction techniques that reduce damage and loss during high wind storms.
